Eligibility. Contest is open to legal adult residents over 18 of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada only. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of UltraPet, affiliates and strategic partners, contest administrator, and their immediate families are not eligible. This offer is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All applicable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of prize winners. The internal laws of the state of South Carolina will govern this contest. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of South Carolina. By participating in this contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decision of the judges, warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Contest and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

Entries must be sent via email - no more than three (3) images or videos can be submitted per person per month.

Please make sure each image submitted is at least 1024 x 768 pixels.

Please be sure to include your pet’s name in the email, as well as your name, address, city, and state or province, zip code of residence and email address.

By submitting photos or videos to the contest, you verify that you are the photographer/videographer and copyright holder for each photo/video submitted and have the legal authority to assign reprint rights to Ultra Pet for the purpose of this contest and future uses including possible use in advertising or packaging. By entering, you agree to allow Ultra Pet to display your submitted photos/videos on websites including ( http://www.ultrapet.com, http://www.facebook.com) for the purpose of: a) displaying the submissions to and/or results of this contest, b) promoting this or future photo contests, c) use in advertising or packaging.

Selection of Monthly Winner: Winners of the prize(s) will be determined in a random drawing. The random drawing will be selected by our Contest Administration Panel from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes by the Contest Administration Panel are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries/photos received. Winner(s) will be notified by email during the week following the drawing. If the prize winning notification email is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. In the event of any dispute concerning the prize, it will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Winners will be required to sign a declaration of eligibility within 14 days after the prize winning notification is sent, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing. Prizes shall be delivered to winner(s) to the address specified in the affidavit of eligibility by United States mail. A winner may win only one prize per year.

Limitation of Liability. By accepting the prize, winner agree to release UltraPet, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion partners, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize related activities. UltraPet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this promotion should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor or Contest Administrator corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest. In such an event, Sponsor may award prizes in a drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation or suspension. Sponsor and Contest Administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kinds, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by any of the equipment, programming or personnel associated with or utilized in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
