Way History
Better Way Cat Litter is the ORIGINAL clumping cat
litter. This litter was invented in 1976 by Thomas Nelson,
a Ph.D. Biochemist from Houston's Baylor College.
Unhappy with the litters available, he combined his
knowledge of science with his love for cats and began
manufacturing the first clumping cat litter in 1984.
Because
its texture is more like sand than other litters,
Better Way is extra soft on paws. The specially treated
clay instantly binds the odor causing ingredients within
the honeycomb structure. Odors are not masked. They
are prevented because the clay stops the urine from
chemically breaking down.
